Number one, eat only three meals a day. Number two, eat slowly, chew thoroughly. Number three, stop eating as soon as you feel full. Number four, do not drink while eating. Number five, do not eat between meals. Number six, eat only good quality food. Number seven, avoid fibrous foods. Number eight, drink enough fluids during the day. Number nine, drink only low calorie liquids. Number 10, exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
